- The item must include all accessories, tags, and any promotional items received with the order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
